No. Due to the visual UI for rules configuration, business users can make changes in the platform by themselves without an IT department’s involvement. This significantly decreases the cost of change and makes the process of change implementation less time-consuming.

Can business users make changes in the system by themselves?

Yes, they can. The ABLE Platform enables business users to do this with no IT specialists involved in the process. Users can make changes via visual layers that make the solution user-friendly and simple-to-use.

How long does it take to implement a new functionality in ABLE Platform™?

Our system is based on low-code components that significantly speed up the implementation of new functionality in the production environment. The leveraging of low-code technology radically decreases the probability of errors and consequently the time for their correction. The system has visual components for changing business logic and credit policy by business users, with no need for your IT department to get involved.

Which parts of the customer lifecycle does ABLE Platform™ cover?

The ABLE Platform™ covers all aspects of customer lifecycle management—from onboarding and origination to monitoring and collection.

Are AI/ML technologies used in the ABLE Platform™?

Yes, the platform has AI/ML modules on board. These are deployed either in PMML format or using Python scripts.

Are fraud detection, KYC, and AML components included in the ABLE Platform™?

Yes, the ABLE Platform™ comprises all these components. They are easily expandable and adjustable to meet the requirements of any financial institution.

Does the platform support multi-user access features?

Yes, all ABLE Platform™ components ensure they have teamwork capability as standard. The solution has full functionality to manage git repositories, including branch, merge, and release management.

Are there any limitations in the number of business users and loan products for the ABLE Platform™?

No, the ABLE Platform™ does not limit your growth and development. Despite a large number of pre-configured functionalities covering various products, user roles, and workflows, the solution allows users to change them and add an unlimited number of new users.

What license policy is used in the ABLE Platform™?

ABLE Origination is licensed according to the number of annually processed loan applications. 

ABLE Monitoring – according to the number of monitored clients processed by the system.

ABLE Collection – according to the number of contracts or non-performing loans in the collection processed by the system. 

Each type of license provides users with full access to the ABLE Platform™’s source code.

Does the ABLE Platform™ provide the opportunity to modify source code?

Our policy is no vendor lock-in. We offer our customers full access to the source code notwithstanding the project cost or implemented task. Your development team can continue to work with the project with no limitations.

Which modules does ABLE Platform™ consist of?

The ABLE Platform™ has 3 components—ABLE Origination, ABLE Monitoring, and ABLE Collection. These can be used either separately or in any combination to ensure a smooth and seamless customer experience. 

Each of them comprises various modules covering UI, mobile app, workflow, integration layer, BRMS. All the modules are based on micro-service architecture. Due to this feature, the modules can be easily removed, replaced, and added back.

What support does ABLE Platform™ have?

We offer 2 types of support—product support and project support.

Product support comprises business hours, 24/7 live support, online webinars.

Project support consists of consulting and warranty maintenance of the part of the platform which was added via project implementation.

Do you ensure integration with third-party systems?

Yes, our team enables any integration with external data sources, such as credit bureaus, pension and tax authorities/agencies, AML/KYC services, and other systems.
